Bollhoff Armstrong Limited (hereinafter referred to as BAL) is dedicated to providing its customers with safe products that exceed their expectations for quality, safety and environmental considerations in accordance with this Company’s business ethics and its procedures and policies. Products are designed to comply with all relevant statutory and voluntary standards and regulations.
BAL has assembled a Product Safety and Compliance Team which is comprised of Managers from Purchasing, Production, Engineering and Quality that report directly to the Bollhoff Group Main Board. Together BAL has developed strict policies to deter, detect and prevent non-compliant product from shipping to a customer ensuring our product remains compliant to all customer and legislative requirements. The foundation of these policies is based upon open communication internally and throughout our supply chain.
Procedures have been established for product design and performance as well as raw material certification, regulatory requirements, traceability and product validation leading up to the release approval process. Additional procedures are in place for internal and external testing inspections as well as a protocols for product recall should the need arise.
